The client requested a Virtual Reality Tour for the space, which is 6,000sq ft. It was requiring a solution that could provide a more captivating experience for viewers. With VR, anyone could get a feel of the space like they are there. We recommended the Walking Tour Solution. We had used this solution for several of our clients who needed visuals for their commercial or residential spaces. During the first two weeks, we made drafts and sent them to the client for revision. For the drafts we sent, the changes were minor. We incorporated everything on the brief and his suggestions through the drafting stage. The client got involved and was aware of the progress through the process.
We created a 360 VR Tour capturing all the areas as requested. The client wanted visuals for the meeting room, reception, office, basement, tea point, and communal areas. Our team captured all the details within each of these spaces. The colour combination, furniture, décor pieces, and their arrangement in the rooms. The space was extensive. We ensured that the 3D tours were comprehensive yet user-friendly. Our client didn’t require technical expertise to navigate through the visuals. He went through the visuals and added some décor pieces to the reception area. We included everything, and the results were spectacular. The images of these different spaces connected flawlessly. The client could scroll through from the reception area to the basement. Every feature of the space was clear. He loved the final Virtual Reality Tour as everything was per his brief expectations.

This project took six weeks. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure the client got drafts and the revisions on time. By week five, we had done most of what the client needed. The last week was for some adjustments as the client went through the visuals and rendered the entire project. Our 100CGI Team met and exceeded his expectations for the visuals.
