This project was challenging due to the drastically different textures of the rooms within the office space of Kitt Offices. It called for a congruent combination of a clean, productive dry and almost a library type of environment interchanged with rather warm and casual spaces for collaboration. We transformed the requirements into a virtual tour of this very modern space for innovation strictly according to the technical requirements. We took into consideration that it was very important for the client to convey the feeling of this office space being highly functional and inspiring for the employees who would be working there – as this what actually sells the project in the end. Even though the requirements are precise and well-defined – it is the intangibles our team is very skilful at creating. These can be as in the given project – the space feel welcoming and creating the atmosphere of light and warmth or another quality that may be working better for another type of project.
