Project's goals

The primary goals for our client’s project were to create a fully immersive virtual reality tour with strategically placed hotspots and ensure viewers could explore each space at their own pace. By integrating interactive elements, the tour needed to offer in-depth information on furniture design, functional features, and materials used throughout the interior. This approach aimed to provide users with a comprehensive, engaging, and educational experience, allowing them to gain a deeper appreciation for both the aesthetic and technical aspects of the project’s overall design.

Process of creation

First, we collaborated with the design team to gather all essential details, including furniture features, materials, and design inspiration. Next, we built an immersive virtual environment, integrating interactive hotspots to highlight design and furniture details/brands, functional aspects. We added user-friendly navigation, allowing viewers to explore each space at their own pace. Finally, we tested and refined the VR experience for optimal performance, ensuring it delivered a comprehensive and engaging tour that captured the project’s aesthetic and technical elements—offering users a deeper appreciation of Concourse Siro’s innovative design.

    Information Collection
    • The first step in creating the VR Tour began with information collection. We kicked off the process by scheduling a Teams call with the designers to discuss the project’s goals, explore their ideas, and clarify the anticipated outcome. During this conversation, the design team shared a series of reference images, which vividly captured the desired interior aesthetic and atmosphere. These materials provided a clear roadmap for the immersive environment we intended to build, ensuring our VR Tour would faithfully represent the designers’ vision while aligning with the project’s overall objectives.

    3D Modeling
    • The first crucial step in delivering precise visual content is selecting the right tools. Our advanced software solutions enable us to capture and seamlessly piece together images, forming the backbone of an engaging and photorealistic virtual tour. • The process started with the modelling of fundamental elements such as walls, floors, and ceilings, with a focus on precise dimensions and proportions. After establishing the major architectural features, the team dedicated their efforts to the intricate aspects that add life and character to the space. • This thorough approach to 3D modelling proved essential for achieving a realistic and immersive depiction of the interior in the virtual tour.

    Lighting and Texturing
    • Proper lighting is crucial for a successful 3D virtual tour. To achieve a bright and inviting ambiance, we carefully adjusted the lighting, refining shadows and reflections to create depth and realism. For texturing, we incorporated the client’s textures and patterns, ensuring a balanced blend of modern and classic appeal that would captivate anyone viewing the office interior design.

    Building
    • To create VR Tour we used Corona and 3D Max, which are among the best user-friendly tools. This step ensured an excellent experience and easily navigable tour.
