Everything you need to know about working with us

Why Us?

When it comes to outsourced CGI production there are many studios to choose from. Why choose us over any of our competitors? Great question...

One dedicated project manager handles your entire project, ensuring clear communication and consistent results without multiple lines of coordination.

Scalable Team

Our growing network of highly skilled 3D artists means we can handle projects of any size. We've never had to turn down a project due to lack of resource.

How We Work

Our streamlined process ensures quality results every time

01

Brief

Share your project requirements, reference images, CAD files, or sketches. We'll review everything and prepare a detailed quote.

02

Modeling

We build your 3D model and share screenshots for geometry and camera angle approval before moving to texturing.

03

Draft Renders

Low-resolution drafts are produced for your feedback on materials, lighting, and styling. Revisions are included.

04

Final Delivery

Once approved, we render final high-resolution images (4K as standard) with color masks for any last-minute tweaks.

What Do We Need?

We understand that each company is unique in workflow and the importance of being adaptable. Be it a simple sketch or a complete set of CAD drawings, our team is well positioned to work with as little or as much design guidance as you're able to provide.

Reviewing

Once we've developed your 3D model we'll send you a screenshot for your approval of geometry and camera angle. Following this will be a few rounds of low-res drafts for your feedback on textures and lighting. Lastly, we'll process the final, full resolution image(s) only when you're completely happy with everything.

Screenshots

Screenshots produced for approval of geometry and camera angle.

Draft Resolution

Draft resolution renders produced for review of finishes and lighting.

High Resolution

Full resolution renders (4K as standard) produced only when you have no further comments.

Revisions

A lot of CGI companies will limit revisions to 1 or 2 per image, putting unnecessary pressure on both artist and client. We prefer to use the 20% rule.

An additional 20% of time allocated to a project is set aside for design alterations. If 100 hours are set aside for a project, then an extra 20 are included in the price for ensuring you're completely happy with everything before we process final renders.
