In 2026, a digital twin is expected to be more than a visual walkthrough; it must be a functional tool for operations and design. We begin by analyzing the 'why' behind your scan. If you are a retailer, we focus on line-of-sight and merchandising layouts. If you are a construction manager, we prioritize mechanical voids, ceiling plans, and structural elements.
We utilize a grid-based scanning protocol. This ensures that no blind spots exist in the final model. By maintaining tight density between scan points, we guarantee that the transition between nodes is smooth for the end-user, avoiding the jarring 'teleportation' effect seen in amateur scans. We also manage lighting conditions rigorously. For exterior scans or sunlight-heavy interiors, we schedule captures during specific times of day to ensure the HDR sensors capture texture in both deep shadows and bright highlights.

With the Pro3 camera, measurements are generally accurate to within 20mm at a 10-meter range. For most as-built verification and fit-out purposes, this exceeds the necessary tolerance.
