3D Rendering and Visualization Company in Dubai
3D rendering in Dubai turns a CAD or Revit model into photoreal interiors and exteriors of a building that does not exist yet. We are a London 3D rendering company that has delivered 3D rendering, walkthrough animation and 360 tours for UAE developers and interior practices since 2022, from the Siro hotel at One Za'abeel to villas in the Arabian Hills.
Working in Dubai
We work with developers, interior architecture practices and real estate firms across Dubai and the wider UAE, from One Za'abeel to the villa belt out near Al Marmoom. Since 2022 that has added up to more than 20 Dubai projects. Most of them sit under NDA, so the four on this page are the ones we are allowed to show. The market here moves on first impressions and on buyers who decide fast, so the visual has to carry the whole story.
Everything is built from CAD, DWG or Revit before ground breaks, for off-plan sales, design sign-off and marketing. Clients include Inc Solutions and Ema Studios. Where the project is unbuilt, which in Dubai is usually the point, the work is produced from drawings in London and reviewed across a three- to four-hour time difference that keeps feedback same-day.

Exterior rendering for towers and villas
Exterior 3D rendering of the building in its real context: the tower against the skyline, the villa against its plot, at the hour of light the sales team wants to sell. Interior rendering
Interior 3D rendering for lobbies, hotel concourses, show apartments and villas. Reflective finishes, onyx, brushed metal and marble, are exactly where cheap renders fall apart, and exactly what we light for. The One Za'abeel lounge is a room built almost entirely from onyx and bronze.
Off-plan marketing visuals

3D walkthrough animation
A walkthrough animation moves the buyer through the building in the order they would experience it: arrival, lobby, amenity floor, apartment, view. 360 virtual tours

Off-plan launches: what Dubai developers order
A typical launch package for a Dubai project is a hero exterior, four to six interiors, an aerial or view-from-the-unit shot, a 60-second walkthrough animation and a 360 tour of the show apartment. Not every launch needs all five. A villa launch can sell on four strong stills and a tour; a tower usually needs the film, because it has to explain the amenity floors and the view at once.

Proof from Dubai
Our Dubai work includes the Siro hotel at One Za'abeel, a luxury lounge inside One Za'abeel full of onyx and brushed bronze, the private villa in the Arabian Hills, and Villa Serenia, a 15,000 square foot estate in Emirates Hills.
The numbers: the Siro concourse combined 8 renders with a 43-position virtual tour over 28 days for Inc Solutions. The One Za'abeel lounge ran five views in 20 days through three revision rounds, onyx and bronze included. For Ema Studios, the Arabian Hills estate paired five hero renders with a 76-camera tour in ten days, and Villa Serenia took 9 views through four rounds over 40 days, the pace super-prime detail actually demands.
How a London studio runs Dubai projects
We are not based in Dubai, and for this work we do not need to be. A 3D rendering project runs on drawings, not site visits: you send CAD, DWG or Revit files, finishes and references; we return a clay pass to sign off camera angles and massing; then come the textured drafts and the finals. London is three to four hours behind Dubai, depending on the season, so a comment sent in the UAE morning is answered the same working day.
Two Dubai-specific notes from experience. First, super-prime detail deserves super-prime patience: Villa Serenia's four revision rounds were the correct budget, not a failure of planning. Second, reflective materials (onyx, polished bronze, water) are where cheap CGI collapses. If the material palette is the selling point, that is exactly the brief to bring us.
What to send for a Dubai 3D rendering brief
The faster the drawings arrive complete, the faster the first clay pass comes back. For a typical UAE project we ask for:
- CAD, DWG or Revit files: plans, sections and elevations, or the model itself
- A finishes schedule or material board, with the stone and metal named, not just described
- FF&E references for the furnished rooms
- Landscape and site plan for exteriors, including the plot orientation, so the sun falls where it really will
- The views you want, even as rough marks on a plan, and the launch or presentation date
Missing pieces are normal at off-plan stage. We flag what we assumed in the clay pass, so nothing is guessed silently.
Choosing a 3D rendering company in Dubai: what to check
There are many 3D visualization companies in Dubai and far more studios abroad that sell into the UAE. Four checks separate them quickly. First, named projects with numbers: how many views, how many days, how many revision rounds. A gallery without that tells you nothing about delivery. Second, unbuilt work: a render of a finished room proves less than a render of a room that did not exist yet. Third, reflective materials: ask to see onyx, marble or polished metal up close, because that is where weak lighting shows. Fourth, the estimate: a 3D rendering company that needs a week to price a brief will need longer to deliver it. Ours arrives within 1 hour.
