Office CGI and Architectural Visualisation in London

We are a London studio, based on Paul Street in Shoreditch. Most of our work is for Design and Build firms competing for London fit-out tenders, the people who sit in the pitch room with a real budget and one shot to win the project. We have delivered 389 projects and over 5,000 renders, with a first estimate back within 24 hours.

For a London pitch the render is standing in for a 3 to 5 million pound build the client cannot see yet. That is the job our office CGI exists for: photoreal Cat A and Cat B interiors, accurate to the design, lit so the room feels real rather than rendered. When the brief needs movement we add a 3D walkthrough of the unbuilt space.

London is not a service area for us; it is the home market where the track record was built: 500+ projects, most of them workplace, for the design-and-build firms that deliver the capital's offices. The recent numbers say it plainly: the Zoom Experience Center won its tender on 12 views of 20,000 square feet in 21 days; Landmark's serviced offices took nine views in 14 days, tender won; Techspace ran seven views across 25,000 square feet, tender won.
