The Brief
Saliena isn't just selling houses; they are building a community. The challenge was to showcase how these modern, pre-built structures would sit naturally within the green environment. We produced high-end exterior visualizations that highlighted the harmony between the sleek glass facades and the organic surroundings. These images were pivotal in communicating the 'better way of life' concept to prospective families.

About this project
We worked with Saliena to visualise a new phase of pre-built Scandinavian homes. This is architectural rendering for residential developments.
How does CGI sell prefab houses before production?
Prefab lives or dies on the catalogue: buyers choose a house they have never seen, so the render is the product page. For Woodalls we visualised the Saliena range in four exterior views, delivered in ten days with two revision rounds, and the same images ran on the website and in the sales office. The manufacturer's advantage is repetition: one accurate model per house type keeps every future variation cheap, because a new cladding or a new plot needs re-dressing, not remodelling.
