Scandinavian pre-built houses shown in their own landscape, delivered in 10 days with two rounds of revisions.

The Brief
Saliena sells houses that do not stand on the buyer's plot yet, so the job was as much landscape as architecture. We built the setting first, native planting in Forest Pack, and let the glass facades take their light and reflections off it. Four exterior views came out of 3ds Max and V-Ray in 10 days, the architectural visualization the range is sold on.

The craft
One model per house type pays for years
A manufacturer repeats itself: the same house lands on another plot with different cladding. That is the argument for modelling each type accurately once, because every later variation then costs a re-dress rather than a rebuild. So the 10 days went into the model and the planting rather than into one hero frame, and two rounds of revisions were enough: on a prefab range what changes is the setting, not the house.
