The Brief
In the competitive London commercial real estate market, speed is everything. Kitt Offices needed a way to market their premium managed workspaces without waiting for construction to finish. We developed a browser-based 3D virtual tour that simulates the final 'Cat B' fit-out. This allowed potential tenants to navigate the open-plan desks, private meeting rooms, and breakout lounges, giving them the confidence to sign contracts based on a digital experience.

The brief
Marketing a Cat B fit-out before it was built
In London commercial real estate, speed sells. Kitt Offices needed to market their managed workspace at Parker Street without waiting for construction, so we built a browser-based 3D virtual tour that simulates the finished Cat B fit-out, delivered in 2 weeks across 5 key zones at 4K.
A tenant can navigate the open-plan desks, meeting rooms and breakout lounges from anywhere, which is why the team can now walk a client through the office while that client sits in New York. The accuracy of the lighting is what makes it convincing rather than a model.

How do leasing agents use 360 tours for office viewings?
As the first viewing, not a replacement for the last one: Kitt Offices used the Parker Street tour (900 square feet, 62 camera positions, built in 14 days) to let prospects walk the managed space in a browser before booking a visit. The effect on the agent's week is practical: the people who arrive on site have already qualified themselves, so viewings convert instead of educating.
