Built for Kitt Offices so a prospect could walk the managed space from New York while it was still a site.

Overview

The Brief

Kitt lets a tenant take a managed office quickly, and waiting for the fit-out to finish costs weeks of exactly that speed. We built the finished Cat B state as a 360 virtual tour that runs in a browser: open-plan desks, meeting rooms, breakout lounges, walkable from anywhere. Getting the lighting right is what stops it reading as a model rather than a room.

The craft

The tour is the first viewing, not the last

It does not replace the site visit. It replaces the one that wastes everybody's morning. A prospect walks the 900 sq ft floor in a browser, works out whether the space fits, and only then books a slot. What changes in an agent's week is who turns up: the people who arrive have already qualified themselves, so a viewing converts instead of educating.
