Office 3D Visualization and Rendering in Abu Dhabi

We rendered a private-banking floor for First Abu Dhabi Bank, carrying a Gulf identity, travertine, brushed gold and a falcon mark, into a London building. On Al Maryah Island we rendered the Al Maryah Pavilion, a financial-district office built to win tenants before fit-out, and the Iron Grid Hub, an industrial creative campus lit to read warm rather than cold.

The numbers behind those projects: the First Abu Dhabi Bank floor ran eight views over 30 days, tender won. The Al Maryah Pavilion, rendered for Studio B, covered 25,000 square feet in six views inside 14 days, tender won. And the Iron Grid Hub on Al Reem Island, for tpbennett, put 32,500 square feet of industrial campus into seven views in 15 days, tender won. Different districts, different materials, one pattern: the render carried the pitch.

The mechanics of working together are the same we run for London clients: drawings in (DWG, RVT, SKP or clean PDF sets), a camera plan and clay pass for approval, finals at 4K and above. Abu Dhabi's working week and the three-hour offset mean review cycles lose no days, and nothing about the process requires us on site; the FAB floor, the Al Maryah Pavilion and the Iron Grid Hub were all built from documents alone. Stills run from 700 pounds per view with an estimate inside 24 hours.
