Project

Built with Oktra for the pre-leasing campaign while the building was still being refitted, delivered in three weeks.
Landmark had to pre-let premium workspace that was still a building site. Space at this end sells on light and material, the oak and the marble, so that is where the attention went: reception lighting, the way daylight lands on stone, the finishes a tenant checks first. We built it in 3ds Max and Corona and delivered nine views, the office 3D visualization the campaign ran on.

A serviced office brand lives on consistency, so the furniture, lighting and finish standards get modelled once and then dress every new address. That makes the first set an asset rather than a one-off: the model built here scales across the portfolio, faster and cheaper each time. We stayed faithful to Oktra's scheme rather than our own reading of it, which is what a fit-out pitch needs. More in how office CGI wins design-and-build pitches.
