The Brief
Selling off-plan property requires trust. For the Ljusterö project, Sweco needed more than static floor plans; they needed an emotional hook. We engineered a fully interactive virtual walkthrough that captured the serenity of the location. The monochromatic interior design, characterized by elegant greys and blacks, was rendered with photorealistic precision to highlight the interplay between modern living and the surrounding nature.

How long does a virtual tour of a residential house take?
Twelve days for the Ljustero house: 87 camera positions across the property, delivered together with 12 stills for Zenixspace. A single unbuilt house is the fastest tour brief there is, because the model doubles as the render set and the archipelago landscape did the staging for us. Timelines stretch with floor area and detail density, not with the idea itself.
