Project

Off-plan marketing in the Stockholm archipelago: a house you can walk through, with the pine forest doing the staging.
Selling off-plan runs on trust, and a floor plan builds none of it. The interiors here are deliberately spare, greys and blacks set against the forest, so the whole emotional argument rests on how the light from outside lands inside. We built it in 3ds Max and V-Ray and published it as a 360 virtual tour that runs in a browser.

A single unbuilt house is the quickest kind of tour to build. The model doubles as the render set, and the archipelago does the staging a city project would need props for, so 12 days covered 87 positions and twelve stills. What stretches a schedule is floor area and the density of detail inside it, not the idea itself, which is worth knowing before asking what a tour costs.
