113 seconds through an unbuilt house on Ljustero in the Stockholm archipelago, rendered from the drawings before a single brick was laid.
Take the 3D tourThe house on Ljustero, an island in the Stockholm archipelago, had to be sold to its future owners while it was still a set of drawings. We built it in 3D and delivered an 87-point tour and six stills in 12 days, then cut this film from the same model.
The interior is monochrome on purpose: oak wall panels, a black marble feature wall, charcoal sofas and black louvred blinds across floor-to-ceiling glass. The film is about what sits behind those blinds. The camera moves from the living room past the dining table and the kitchen wall of ovens into the bedroom and the bathroom, and keeps returning to the windows, where the pine trunks of the forest fill the frame.
Light carries the film: daylight filtered through the louvres lands across the herringbone floor and the marble. To stand in any room and look around, open the 3D tour of the same house.
