Project

Built for Kitt Offices in a Clerkenwell refurbishment: exposed brick and timber trusses, walkable in a browser.
A heritage building is let on atmosphere, not dimensions, and no floor plan carries the warmth of old brick or the height of a roof truss. So the panoramas were built at 8K and tuned to run on a phone, which lets a tenant feel the loft from anywhere. It is a 360 virtual tour doing the job that photographs of an unfinished refurbishment cannot.

Kitt's leasing manager called the tour indistinguishable from being there, which is the benchmark that matters: when someone trusts what the browser shows, the shortlist forms before anyone books a visit. On a refurbishment that means the brickwork and the roof have to hold up at close range, so these panoramas carry more resolution than a new-build set would need.
