Project

A high-fidelity virtual experience for Kitt Offices' standout London workspace.

Marketing a heritage property is about atmosphere, not dimensions. Kitt Offices needed to show Great Sutton Street, a building defined by antique character and modern amenities, so we built a smooth, browser-based 3D walkthrough that lets a tenant experience the warm, loft-style space from anywhere.
Delivered in 2 weeks at 8K panorama resolution and built for mobile, the tour captures the warmth of the brickwork and the scale of the roof. The feedback was that it is hard to tell from being there in person.
It is a CGI 360 virtual tour paired with our office 3D visualization, the same browser-based approach we use to let people walk an unbuilt or unfinished space.
It does the part of pre-letting that actually takes the time: the viewings. For this 600 sq ft Clerkenwell refurbishment we delivered 7 renders and a 44-camera tour in 14 days, and it became Kitt Offices' main tool for remote viewings. Their leasing manager called it "indistinguishable from being there in person", which is the test that matters: when a tenant trusts what they see in the browser, the shortlist forms before anyone books a site visit. We build this package as part of our office 3D walkthrough services.
