Project

Built with Inc Solutions from the design alone, with 15 hotspots, so partners could walk the space before a brick was laid.
The space did not exist yet, which rules out a scan and puts the weight on the model: every material has to hold up when somebody stops and looks closely, and that is exactly what a stakeholder does in a lobby they are signing off. We built it in 3ds Max and Corona with 15 interactive hotspots and made it walkable in a browser, the off-plan virtual tour doing what photography cannot.

The honest rule for panoramas is not how many, but how close together they sit. A viewer should land somewhere natural every few steps, so a compact suite needs surprisingly many positions and a long corridor almost none. Too few is the tell of a cheap tour: the navigation jumps and the sense of walking the space collapses. Here 3,300 sq ft took 43 of them.
