Office and workplace CGI for Dublin, from Silicon Docks fit-outs to heritage conversions.

Working in Dublin

We visualize offices and workplaces for Dublin, the tech end of the city in particular. Silicon Docks runs on agile, brand-led workspace, and the older parts of the city are full of historic buildings being converted into modern headquarters. Both need renders that sell a space before it exists.

Our office CGI and architectural visualization handle both ends, the clean agile fit-out and the awkward seam where heritage brick meets new glass.

Dublin is a short hop and a shared timezone, and the work reflects how embedded the market is: three schemes rendered recently (Silicon Docks twice, Temple Bar once) for Unispace and Woodalls, two of them tender wins, at 15 to 30 day turnarounds. From heritage conversion to speculative floor plates, the range mirrors what Dublin's office market actually builds.

Proof from Dublin

Our Dublin work includes The Lumina Workspace, an agile multi-floor office in Silicon Docks, The Ormond Foundry, a historic industrial building converted into a tech HQ, and the Valo portfolio, where we turned raw, empty floor plates into immersive office tours for cross-market letting.

Per project: The Lumina Workspace ran seven views across 1,700 square metres of Silicon Docks offices in 30 days for Unispace, tender won. The Ormond Foundry, a historic industrial building near Temple Bar converted to a tech HQ, took 11 views in 15 days, also for Unispace, tender won. And the Valo portfolio for Woodalls turned raw 350 square metre floor plates into walkable tours for cross-market letting in 15 days with two revision rounds.

FAQ

Do you work with clients in Dublin?

Yes. We render offices and workplaces for Dublin clients, including projects in Silicon Docks and heritage conversions across the city.

Can you render a heritage building conversion?+

Yes. The Ormond Foundry was an adaptive reuse job, a historic industrial building turned into a corporate HQ. The skill is rendering the seam where rough heritage brick meets crisp modern insertions.

Do you handle Silicon Docks office fit-outs?+

Yes. The Lumina Workspace was a multi-floor agile office in Silicon Docks, rendered before fit-out so the scheme could be agreed and let.

How long does a Dublin office render take?+

Our recent Dublin projects ran 15 to 30 days depending on set size: 11 views of a heritage conversion landed in 15 days, while a 1,700 square metre multi-floor scheme took 30. Same timezone, same-day feedback, no travel required.

Can you render heritage buildings accurately?+

The Ormond Foundry is the reference: a historic industrial structure where the conversion story depended on the existing fabric reading truthfully next to the new insertions. Where survey data or scans exist, we build to them.

What does office CGI cost for a Dublin project?+

From 700 pounds per view, the same flat model as London, with tours from 1,500 pounds. Estimates arrive within 1 hour of drawings; euro budgets simply convert at your side of the invoice.

Can you do a VR tour for letting to tenants who aren't in Ireland?+

Yes. For The Valo Portfolio we built 360 VR tours of a bare floor plate so an institutional landlord could market a prime Dublin asset to tenants in other markets. A tour lets someone walk the finished space before they fly in or sign, which is the point when your leasing audience is international.
