For the Brickworks project in Reading, Oktra South had to show how their design fostered collaboration and focus, not just where the desks went. We produced a suite of high-fidelity CGI renders across 4 distinct stylistic environments, bridging the gap between the blueprint and the feel of the finished space.

Built in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer over 3 weeks, the visuals were crucial to the tender: the lighting and textures made the hybrid workspace feel real before it was built, which is exactly what a client in the pitch room needs to commit.

Does CGI help win office fit-out tenders?

This one did: Oktra South took 5 CGI views of a 1,500 square foot Reading scheme into the tender and won it. The mechanism is not decoration. In a fit-out tender every rival shows a floor plan; the bidder who shows the finished room moves the conversation from layout to outcome, which is where a design-led bid wins. Small schemes benefit disproportionately, because five strong views cost less than the value of standing out in a three-way pitch.
