Photorealistic 3D renders that helped Oktra South secure a high-profile design-and-build contract.
We created four distinct interior environments for a competitive tender in Reading, UK. Transforming conceptual layouts into photorealistic 3D assets, we highlighted the flexibility of a modern hybrid workspace. These visuals enabled the client to present a tangible vision.

For the Brickworks project in Reading, Oktra South had to show how their design fostered collaboration and focus, not just where the desks went. We produced a suite of high-fidelity CGI renders across 4 distinct stylistic environments, bridging the gap between the blueprint and the feel of the finished space.
Built in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer over 3 weeks, the visuals were crucial to the tender: the lighting and textures made the hybrid workspace feel real before it was built, which is exactly what a client in the pitch room needs to commit.
That is the heart of how office CGI wins a pitch, and the service behind it is our office 3D visualization.

"The visuals were crucial for the tender. The lighting and textures made the space feel real before it was built, allowing us to communicate the hybrid concept effectively."

It reduces risk. Renders allow clients to visualize ROI and spatial flow before construction, significantly increasing bid win rates by validating the concept visually.
Typical projects take 1-3 weeks depending on complexity. The Brickworks project was delivered in 3 weeks, including multiple feedback rounds to refine the design.
Flexibility is key. Successful designs mix collaborative hubs with quiet zones. Our renders highlight these zones through strategic lighting and furniture layout.
Costs vary by complexity and resolution. We offer tiered pricing for tenders to maximize visual impact within strict bidding budgets.
Yes. We convert CAD drawings or sketches into photorealistic 3D models, adding textures and lighting to match your mood boards and material specifications.
We use industry-standard tools like 3ds Max for modeling and Corona Renderer to achieve hyper-realistic lighting and material accuracy.
