74 seconds through a 1,500 sq m innovation hub in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, rendered from the design before a wall of it was built.
Take the 3D tourThe NEOM Innovation Hub is a 1,500 sq m interior in Saudi Arabia, planned around hexagonal bays and dense planting. BeRepublic Group had to show it to investors while it existed only as a design, so we turned that design into a 74-second film.
The camera path was fixed before rendering started. A straight fly-past flattens hexagonal geometry into a corridor, so the shots move between the bays and let the planting frame each view.
We built the space in 3ds Max, rendered it in Corona, scattered the planting with Forest Pack and cut the film in After Effects. The film and 9 stills went out in 28 days.
A film shows the space in the order we chose. To look around at your own pace, open the 3D tour of the same hub: it runs in a browser on a laptop or a phone, with no app to install.
